COORDINATION
You will want to ensure you have an experienced coordinator onsite for your entire wedding day.
Our coordinators have home field advantage and know what works! We know your friends and family mean well and want to help, but if you want them to enjoy your day you need to have someone with experience. Please reach out to us if you would like to add on our coordination package. If you are looking to hire an outside day of coordinator service, we would be happy to assist with guidance!

VENDORS
We want to create a space for the wedding of your dreams by allowing you to customize the vendors you work with. Bring in the vendors you’re excited about and if you’re not sure, we have great recommendations for you. See our preferred vendors list here.
While our list of “preferred vendors” has been vetted by our team and prior clients that have hired them, we do not endorse these vendors nor can we be responsible for services contracted or delivered with these vendors.
If you are looking to hire a food caterer that is not on our “preferred vendors” page, please contact our team for approval prior to signing a contract or paying a deposit so that we can help ensure they have the proper licensing.

*Venmo recently changed their policy regarding service fees. They now charge 2% when a transaction is identified as a good or service, or for payment protection. If you are prompted to identify the payment as a good or service, please select no. Otherwise, the 2% fee will be your responsibility.

LAYOUT MEETINGS
About a month before your wedding date, we will reach out to schedule a layout meeting. In this meeting we will discuss the details of your special day, create your personalized layout of the property, and finalize your rental items. If Abella is not coordinating your day, we highly encourage your coordinator to be a part of this meeting.

RENTAL ITEMS
Our rental items brochure is on our website!
We are always on the look out for new items, so be sure to check back frequently.
About 6 weeks before your wedding, we will send you a worksheet so you can make your selections. Payment for these items is due one week prior to your wedding.
